Florence So is member of the Quebec and Ontario law societies. She spent over a decade customizing Oracle PeopleSoft systems. Today, her law practice is focused on privacy, data protection, and information technology. As external counsel, Florence advises clients on privacy compliance, breach notification, and access to information. She also supports privacy offices in drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, end-user license agreements, and privacy policies, as well as conducting privacy impact assessments. With a technical foundation in systems design and development, Florence brings a practical, technology-driven perspective to legal issues in data governance, regulatory compliance, and emerging information technologies.
